Day 86: Run

Officially, it's core synergistis today. Because my first half-marathon is this Saturday, I am more focused on running! So per my brother's instructions, I ran 5 miles this morning. It was fun because I listened to the Across the Universe soundtrack... I almost got through the whole thing too (after skipping the slower songs). Love The Beatles!
