I'll be keeping track of my P90X progress, which is a 90 day workout program. Thing is, I just can't cut back my running, so I have to step it up.
Hey there! I just wanted to let you know that I love your blog. I just started getting serious about half marathon training and the hubs is on a new p90x kick. I decided to do some research before committing to both and that's when I came across your blog. It's nice to know that it can be done! You have given me the motivation that I need to proceed. I start after I get back from vacation and I'm pretty excited about it (at least for now). Thanks for the details.
